Terms and conditions

These terms define marketplace rules for accounts, listings, purchases, payments, commission, delivery, returns, moderation and responsibilities. The current copy is an operational demo version and must be legally reviewed before the final public launch.

Core rules

  • A user can act as both buyer and seller on the same account and profile.
  • Listings must include accurate description, price, compliant images and textual location.
  • Final commerce transactions will happen through the platform: the buyer pays the platform, the platform retains commission and the remaining amount is transferred to the seller by bank transfer.

Moderation

The platform may reject, suspend or remove listings and accounts that break rules, enable off-platform transactions or create buyer risk.
